The business is responsible for:

• managing authorized users;
• maintaining accurate account information;
• protecting login access.

Businesses may use Jarriv for approved deliveries such as:

• restaurant orders;
• bakery deliveries;
• coffee shop orders;
• florist deliveries;
• retail orders;
• business documents;
• repair shop deliveries;
• other approved local business deliveries.

Platform fee per delivery.

Business Basic

Monthly plan.

Business Pro

Monthly plan with additional features.

Business Plus

Higher-volume/custom plan.

Final prices and included features will be displayed before subscription or booking.

Delivery capacity may depend on eligible delivery persons available at a particular time.

Unless separately guaranteed in writing, Jarriv does not guarantee that every delivery request will receive an offer.

Business accounts may later receive:

• recurring delivery templates;
• multiple staff users;
• saved pickup locations;
• monthly invoices;
• delivery history;
• bulk delivery tools;
• priority support.

Businesses are responsible for:

• accurate item descriptions;
• proper packaging;
• safe preparation of items before pickup.

Businesses using Jarriv for food deliveries remain responsible for complying with applicable:

• food preparation;
• packaging;
• hygiene;
• food-safety requirements.

Business fees and delivery charges are payable according to the price displayed or a separate business agreement.

Cancellation rules depend on the delivery stage and are shown before booking or within the applicable business plan.

Large businesses or high-volume clients may enter into a separate written agreement with Jarriv.
